ARCHITECT: HR/MALL/011
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for enhancing and monitoring the store design elements for retailers in the mall. Experience in design and integration of architecture with services and interiors is preferred. The person should be passionate in designing. Knowledge of market trends in retail fit outs, materials and technology is essential.
Education and Experience required: Graduate in Architecture with 3 to 5 Yrs. experience with reputed Architects/Hotels/Retail Majors.
ASSISTANT MANAGER - RETAIL RELATIONS: HR/MALL/006
Job Responsibilities: Maintaining excellent relations with all Retailers, addressing their needs, problems and suggestions. The person will coordinate with Retailers for all Mall events and functions.
Education and Experience required: Graduate with 3-5Yrs in Retail Relations, Public Relations, Customer Services
ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS: HR/MALL/007
Job Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for managing the facility upkeep, customer delight, events and promotions. He would also be responsible for implementation and innovation of systems and procedures for an operating Mall, upkeep of assets, smooth running of facilities, ensuring Customer and Retailer Delight, Preventing and Managing emergencies during the shift.
Education and Experience required: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Graduates with 4 to 5 years of experience in Hotels/Retail/Malls.
EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER RELATIONS: HR/MALL/013
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring customer delight, relationship management and maintaining ambience of the Mall. Assisting customers and retailers by anticipating and understanding their needs, co-coordinating with Mall management and other Departments.
Education and Experience required: Graduates/ Diploma in Hotel Management with 2 to 4 Yrs experience in Hotels/Service industry. Candidates having pleasant & pleasing Personality with excellent communication skills.
ASSISTANT MANAGER - LEGAL: HR/MALL/008
Job Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for execution of Agreements. Experience in Civil Law, Property Law, Commercial Contracts, Consumer Law, Law relating to retail, municipal corporation rules / regulations / Acts, stamp duty, ULC Acts, Property Tax, Trademarks, Shops & Establishments Act. The person will be responsible for ensuring legal compliances.
Education and Experience required: Law Graduate with 4 to 5 Yrs. Experience in Real Estate/Retail/Malls.
ASSISTANT MANAGER - LEASING: HR/MALL/009
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for evaluating, negotiating and closing short term and long term lease deals for Mall with retailers. Tracking Retail Brands, Performance of Retailers, emergence of new Brands and Formats, Lease rent trends for different Retailer categories, Relationship management with Retailers.
Education & Experience: Graduation in Management with 3 to 5 years experience preferably in real estate industry.
DEPUTY CHIEF ENGINEER: HR/MALL/005
Job Responsibilities: The person will assist the Chief Engineer in managing the Engineering Team and equipments of an operating Mall. The person should have an overall knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, BMS and CCTV. He would have to ensure safe practices in operation and maintenance and will have to implement preventive and corrective maintenance standards.
Education and Experience required: Degree in HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 10 Yrs experience preferably in Hotels/Ships/Malls.
ASSISTANT MANAGER - SECURITY: HR/MALL/010
Job Responsibilities: Will assist the Security Manager in ensuring Safety & Security of the Mall, Customers, Retailers staff, handling the outsourced team, strict vigilance, Asset Protection and Loss Prevention.
Education & Experience: Graduate with 10 to 12 years experience in Hotels /Multiplex/Cruise liners.
